A guide to using our Global Elite Coaching service

Candidate Documents:
You have received all the candidate documents you need to start our programme. You should use and refer to these documents to get the most from our coaching programmes. You should also complete the activities in the Workbook and watch the First Steps Video referred to in the workbook.

Personal Coach:
You should make contact with your Personal Coach as soon as you receive the introductory email from the Programme Manager. Your first Personal Coaching session will usually be a Career Planning session. Your Personal Coach will also then go through your Personal Development Plan.

CV:
You have received the CV Guide with notes on how to complete your CV. Use the MC CV template to complete your CV. Then submit your completed CV for revision.

Interview and Assessment Coaching

You are entitled to unlimited Interview and AC coaching for every interview and AC invitation you receive until you are offered a graduate job.

We require 48 hours notice to book a coaching session. We will do our best to deal with urgent requests but cannot guarantee this can be arranged. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
